"Appalling rip off. I waited 6 hours for confirmation, by which time I had no choice but to arrange alternative transport (this was a trip to the airport early in the morning). I tried multiple times to cancel, but your business (in my view deliberately) then failed to answer any calls to the only number to do so. I left messages to cancel hours before the booked time for the trip. I cancelled directly with Bridgegate. The trip never took place. Yet you charge my card twice the normal rate for the trip. PLEASE RETURN MY FUNDS or anticipate action to reclaim"
